CEO and Founder – Dr. Lisa M Pinkney
The Neal Management Group CEO and Founder Dr. Lisa M. Pinkney is a healthcare expert entrepreneur, mentor and educator skilled in negotiating contracts, managing operating budgets, and composing statements of work with vast experience in business, laboratory science, quality and program management, regulatory compliance, and auditing. She has succeeded in the public and private sectors since the Neal Management Group’s establishment in 2004. Her accomplishments and professional affiliations include American Society of Quality Senior Member, Maryland Performance Excellence Awards Judge, Certifications as a Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence and as a Quality Auditor.
Additionally, Dr. Pinkney served as a Lead Assessor for the American Association of Blood Bank. She has been affiliated with the Southern Management Association’s Journal as a Journal Reviewer, American Society of Quality’s Quality Progress Journal Reviewer, American College of Healthcare Executives Member, and a Medical Technologist Blood Bank Specialist. Dr. Pinkney earned a Bachelor of Science from Virginia Commonwealth University/ Medical College of Virginia, a certificate from the National Institutes of Health as a Specialist in Blood Bank, a Master of Science from the University of Maryland Global Campus, a graduate certificate in Project Management the from the Keller Graduate School of Management and her Doctorate Degree from the University of Maryland Global Campus. She is an adjunct professor at Virginia Commonwealth University and Morehouse School of Medicine.
Moreover, Dr. Pinkney, possesses past experience in public and private institutions to include the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, Apotex Incorporated, an international pharmaceutical company, the American Red Cross National Testing Laboraotry, the National Institutes of Health, Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (formerly National Naval Medical Center and Walter Reed Army Medical Center) and multiple Level I Shock Trauma Centers.

David Holland, MD, MHS – Atlanta GA
David Holland, MD, MHS, is serving as the Medical Advisor for the Neal Management Group. Since 2017 he has been the Associate Professor of Medicine and Clinical Track Senior Physician in the Department of Medicine in the Division of Infectious Diseases at the Emory University School of Medicine and became an Associate Professor for the Department of Epidemiology at the Emory University Rollins School of Public Health in 2018. He currently serves as the Chief Clinic Officer of Medical and Preventative Services at the Fulton County Board of Health and the Laboratory Director for the Fulton County Board of Health Public Health Laboratory where he supervises a high complexity laboratory, ensures training for laboratory staff and maintains the laboratory’s compliance. Dr. Holland also serves as a Deputy Incident Commander for the Atlanta-Fulton County Incident Command in the handling of COVID-19.
Previously Dr. Holland served as the Assistant Professor Medicine at the Department of Medicine in the Division of Infectious Diseases and International Health at Duke University School of Medicine from 2009 to 2014. From 2014 to 2017 he was the Assistant Professor of Medicine at the Department of Medicine in the Division of Infectious Diseases at Emory University School of Medicine. He has previous experience as a Staff Physician at a Fulton County Department of Health and Wellness Tuberculosis Program (2001-2006), a Medical Director at a North Carolina Tuberculosis Program (2009-2014), a Medical Co-Director for a Georgia Tuberculosis Program (2014-2015) and a Physician Director for Grady General Infectious Diseases Clinic (2015-2017). He serves on the American Board of Internal Medicine, Internal Medicine and the American Board of Internal Medicine, Infectious Diseases. He earned his BS from Millsaps College, his MD from Emory University School of Medicine and his MHS from Duke University. His first Internship and Residency was in Internal Medicine at the Emory University School of Medicine (1995-2001) and his second was a Fellowship in Infectious Diseases at Duke University Medical Center (2006-2009).
